General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following gives you information about your rights and obligations as a consumer when you make purchases in our webshop.
The prices stated in our webshop are inclusive of value-added tax (25%). We reserve the right to make changes without prior notice based on price increases, VAT adjustments and exchange rates, and disclaim all liability for misprints, mis-pricing, unavailability of items, etc. You will be advised of any changes before you finalise your order.
Underwear Sweden AB is required by law to not fulfil orders placed by persons under the age of 18. Minors (under the age of 18) must have parental or guardian approval to place an order with us.
PurchasesIn cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:
Get first. Pay later (14 days):
- The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. The complete terms and conditions you can find here
- Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least 6.95 €) or else according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. - Pay now (Sofort direct banking): Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
- Credit Card (Visa/ Mastercard)
- Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods. You will be notified about the date by email.
The payment methods invoice, part payment and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. Further information and Klarnas user terms you can find here. General information on Klarna you can find here. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.
ConfidentialityWhen placing an order, you provide us with personal data such as your name, address and phone number.
Swegmark retains this data, but any other information is processed only by our payment services provider Klarna.
By creating an account with us and placing an order with us, you consent to Swegmark retaining and processing your personal data in order to fulfil our obligations to you. Underwear Sweden AB will not disclose your personal data to third parties.
Underwear Sweden AB processes all personal data in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
By registering your personal data with us, you consent to us retaining your data in our campaign database. Underwear Sweden AB will use this data to improve our services.
This database will be also be merged with other Swegmark databases.
If you no longer wish to be included in our database, please contact Swegmark’s Customer Service.
Under the EU GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data held by Underwear Sweden AB.
Applications for access must be submitted in writing to Underwear Sweden AB, Box 281, SE-501 13 Borås, Sweden.
If the data we hold on you are incorrect, you have the right to have them rectified.
FreigthAs standard, we ship all orders by PostNord Varubrev (small parcel up to 2 kg, trackable). We offer free delivery on orders worth 59,9 EURO or more. For orders below 59,9 EURO, we apply a shipping fee of 3,9 EUR. As soon as you place an order with us, it takes 2-5 working days for your order to be delivered to you. In case of any delay, you will be notified, and will then have the right to cancel your order.
If the parcel is too large, it will be delivered to your nearest Service Point. If the parcel is lost en route to you, Swegmark is liable for this loss. If, however, the small parcel has been delivered to letter box/mail box, we will not replace it with new items. If the delivery was by PostNord to a parcel service, you will be able to track your order using the parcel number issued to you. You can also track the parcel via PostNord’s own app.
If we offer Free Shipping, this will by our standard shipping method.
For express delivery, you have the option of My Pack Collect, which costs 6,9 EUR.
With this option, your order will be dropped off at a Service Point for you to collect rather than to your home address, and the postal service guarantees parcel delivery.
DeliveryWe send all our parcels with Postnord. Smaller parcels will be delivered to your mailbox and large parcels will be delivered to a service place near you. You will receive a text message with relevant information as soon as the parcel has left our warehouse. All the products you may want to order from Swegmark.com we have in stock and if you place the order before 13.00 hours on Monday-Thursday and before 11.00 hours on Fridays the parcel will be sent the same day. It will be delivered to your mailbox or service place 5-7 working days later. If your order is delayed we will contact you and suggest another date of delivery. Should this occur you have the right to cancel your order. Price adjustments presented in our online shop will not affect already sent goods. For further information contact your service place.
If you don’t pick up your parcel we reserve the right to bill you for return and handling costs (currently 20 Euro). If you have questions please contact our Customer Service.
Right of cancellation and returnUnder European law, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return your goods within 30 days of receiving them.
You have the right to open the parcel to check that the item is correct, with minimal damage to the packaging.
However, please note that we accept returns of bras but not of girdles, panties and bodies which are non-returnable if they have been tried on.
Please also note the following: If you wish to return an item to us, you must pay the cost of the return shipping.
For such returns, you are responsible for the goods until they have been received by us. We recommend using a trackable postal service.
If we have sent you the wrong merchandise, we will refund your costs in returning it to us.
If the return of an incorrectly filled order is authorised by us, we will refund all costs including return shipping, if the entire order is returned; otherwise, we will only refund the price of the individual returned item.
Refunds are paid by our payment services provider Klarna within 30 days of the goods being received by Swegmark.
Terms and Conditions of Return and ExchangeFor a return or exchange to be accepted by us it must be made not later than 30 days after the goods have been delivered to you. If the above requirements are not met for returns, you may not be eligible for a full refund.
If you wish to exchange items supplied to you for other items, you must return your items and place a new order. As soon as we have received your return item(s) and have inspected the goods for sale-worthiness, the refund will be made to you through Klarna, our payment services provider.
- An item may be returned to us in any condition, but to be sure of a full refund, please note the following:
- The item must not have been used/worn, and must be clean, free from make-up, hair, perfume and otherwise be odour-free.
- Labels, tags and seals must be intact/unbroken on the item.
- The product packaging must be intact.
- All and any packaging and accessories must be returned for each item.
- No parts must be missing (bra strap or the like).
- For hygiene reasons, bodies, girdles and panties are non-returnable if their packaging seal has been broken.
ComplaintsAs a customer you have by law the right to make a complaint up to three years after the purchase, however within reasonable time from when the fault was discovered. For faster handling it is appreciated if you contact us before making the complaint. State your name and order number and what item your complaint concerns. Compensation delivery entails no cost for you. Your freight cost will be refunded in case of a complaint or wrong delivery. Returns via cash on delivery will not be accepted by us. If a dispute occurs we will follow the decision of the National Board for Consumer Complaints.
To make a complaint log in to your profile and choose “my page” and then click on “return” and choose “complaint” as cause. After that send the items you would like to return. After we have received and cleared the items an approval is sent to Klarna for refund.
