TERMS OF PURCHASE
Below you’ll find information about your rights and responsibilities as a customer shopping in our online shop.
Prices include VAT (currently 25 %). We reserve the right to make changes based on increased prices, VAT adjustments, currency rates, misprints, wrong prices, out of stock items etc. If relevant these will be announced when you place an order.
Swegmark of Sweden AB is required by law not to process orders from persons 18 or younger. Under-age persons must have parent approval to be able to place an order with us.
In co-operation with Klarna Checkout we can offer the following ways of payment: invoice, credit account, card payment or direct payment via bank. Invoice is the pre-suggested alternative when possible. If paying by invoice the terms of Klarna are currently 14 days of credit, 5 euro reminding fee, interest on overdue payment, Klarna meets the requirements of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). When placing an order you provide us with personal information such as name, address, social security number, phone number and date. Swegmark are only informed about name, address, phone number and date. Social security numbers are handled only by Klarna. In connection with registration and ordering you approve that we store and use the information to fulfil our obligations to you. Swegmark of Sweden AB is not forwarding any personal information to third party. All information is treated according to the Personal Data Act. By registering your personal data with us you approve our saving the data in our campaign register. Swegmark of Sweden AB will use this information to improve our services. It will also be cross-run against other registers at Swegmark. If you no longer wish to be included in the register, please contact our Customer Service. According to the Personal Data Act you have the right to once a year take part of your data at Swegmark of Sweden AB with no extra cost. If your information is wrongly registered you have the right to have it corrected. The request has to be in writing and mailed to Swegmark of Sweden AB, Box 281, 501 13 Borås, Sweden.
We send all our parcels with Postnord. Free delivery when you shop for 59,90 Euro or more. An additional delivery fee of 3,90 Euro will be charged on orders below. Our delivery time is 2-5 working days. You will be informed about possible delays, giving you the right to cancel your order.
We send all our parcels with Postnord. Smaller parcels will be delivered to your mailbox and large parcels will be delivered to a service place near you. You will receive a text message with relevant information as soon as the parcel has left our warehouse. All the products you may want to order from Swegmark.com we have in stock and if you place the order before 13.00 hours on Monday-Thursday and before 11.00 hours on Fridays the parcel will be sent the same day. It will be delivered to your mailbox or service place 2-5 working days later. If your order is delayed we will contact you and suggest another date of delivery. Should this occur you have the right to cancel your order. Price adjustments presented in our online shop will not affect already sent goods. For further information contact your service place.
If you don’t pick up your parcel we reserve the right to bill you for return and handling costs (currently 20 Euro). If you have questions please contact our Customer Service.
Returns and right to withdraw
According to European law you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days after delivery. You have the right to open the parcel to check that the item is correct, with minimal damage to the packaging. We accept returns of bras but not of girdles, briefs and bodies if they have been tried on. You pay for the return of the parcel to us and are responsible for the items and the transport (from for example the post office) until they have been delivered back to us. If we have sent you the wrong merchandise we are responsible for all costs in connection with its return. If the return is approved we refund all costs including freight if the whole order is returned, otherwise we only refund the price of the item. Refund is paid by Klarna within 30 days after the returned goods have been delivered to Swegmark.
Terms of returns and exchange of items
For a return or exchange of item to be approved it has to be claimed within 14 days after the goods have been delivered to you.
An item can be returned regardless of its condition but a decrease in value will occur in the following cases:
If the goods are damaged
If the product has been used, is not clean, not free from make-up, hair, perfume or other smells
If labels, seals and other product-information regarding the item are missing
If the packaging is damaged
If not all the packaging and accessories are returned with the goods
If there is a part missing (bra straps etc)
Opened packages including bodies, girdles or briefs can’t be returned for hygienic reasons (100% decrease of value)
To make an exchange you have to return your item first and then place a new order. As soon as we have received and approved your return the money will be refunded by Klarna.
Instructions regarding exchange of items and returns
To return items you first have to fill in the return-form delivered with your parcel. When that is done send the items you wish to return to the address on your return label. When we have received and cleared the items an approval is sent to Klarna for refund.

As a customer you have by law the right to make a complaint up to three years after the purchase, however within reasonable time from when the fault was discovered. For faster handling it is appreciated if you contact us before making the complaint. State your name and order number and what item your complaint concerns. Compensation delivery entails no cost for you. Your freight cost will be refunded in case of a complaint or wrong delivery. Returns via cash on delivery will not be accepted by us. If a dispute occurs we will follow the decision of the National Board for Consumer Complaints.
To make a complaint log in to your profile and choose “my page” and then click on “return” and choose “complaint” as cause. After that send the items you would like to return. After we have received and cleared the items an approval is sent to Klarna for refund.
We regard ourselves exempted from fulfilling our obligations in this agreement if this is caused by change of legislation, legal actions by authorities, labour-market disputes, fire, flooding, war, terrorism, sabotage, accidents of considerable proportions or similar occurrences.
